About me

I am a qualified mediator and conflict coach.
I mediate workplace, community, neighbour, inter-generational, housing and social care cases and can offer conflict coaching for individuals for whom mediation is not possible or appropriate.

My background

My background in the charity sector, with over 15 years working with clients for Citizens Advice and Age UK, means I have a thorough understanding of how conflict affects people’s lives.
I have seen first hand the impact it can have on relationships at home and at work, between different generations, with neighbours and within the community. In fact, it was seeing people struggle with how to manage these types of conflict that led me to train as a mediator with The London School of Mediation and then to undertake further training in workplace mediation and conflict coaching.

Experience

With many years of experience working in teams within the publishing and charity sector I recognise the types of challenges that occur in workplace settings. My experience working with vulnerable people in society has honed my active listening and empathy skills. I relish getting to understand
peoples' stories and perspectives.
I am Civil Mediation Council registered for workplace and community mediation. I am also International Mediation Institute qualified and a member of The Dispute Resolution Agency. Alongside my private practice, I mediate and conflict coach regularly for CALM Mediation and Ealing Mediation Service.
