Mediation allows people to listen and be heard. The people involved begin to feel seen, understood and valued. This in turn leads to mutual recognition and ultimately resolution.
As humans we all need to feel heard and understood. If we are feeling disrespected, ignored, powerless or threatened – whether at home or
in the workplace – then conflict is a likely outcome. The good news is that change and resolution can be achieved if we facilitate an open and honest conversation in a safe space.
A mediation is a confidential process whereby two (or more) parties come together, with a mediator present, to try and reach an agreement or find a solution to their problems.
Conflict coaching is a one-to-one session with an individual who is experiencing conflict with another person or people.
